With this multeity of CNC equipment, we offer our clients the flexibility and optimization of processes to obtain competitive prices and the plus value required in this current global market of machined parts.
Our welding processes are AWS certified, allowing us to offer integral products. We have experience in SMAW, TIG and MIG welding.
At Meins Industries we have an Engineering and Design team of expertise in 3D modeling, drafting, production, CAM programming and Reverse Engineering. Our technical team can support customers in the early stages of design to ensure that the product is cost-effective, machinable and repeatable. Meins Industries also works together with clients in order to support cost reduction initiatives product maturity stage to find ways to enhance efficient processes and reduce waste.

We are equipped with Horizontal and Vertical CNC machining with 3, 4 and 5 axes.
Meins Industries has CNC turning centers fully capable, including live tooling equipment that enables machining of complex parts, including milling features in a one-time operation.
We are provided with plane and centerless grinding equipment.
Meins Industries uses wire EDM equipment to complement CNC machining capabilities. We use EDM technology for machining metals and hard alloys, and complicated features impossible to process with standard cutting CNC equipment.
We have specialized software for 3D design and modeling that allows to process complex parts through advanced cutting strategies to reduce machining times and increase cutting tools durability.
At Meins Industries we have a high level of training of Reverse Engineering by using CMM equipment and specialized software.
